Settle into a warm July evening surrounded by the glow of fireflies and friends. We’ll begin outdoors with garden-inspired cocktails, fresh fruits, and bread pairings that celebrate the height of the season. As the sun dips, we’ll move indoors for a multi-course meal featuring ripe tomatoes, sweet corn, North Carolina blueberries, and herbs gathered at their peak. Expect fresh-baked sourdough at every turn, alongside thoughtful dishes crafted to highlight the best of summer. Dessert is a celebration itself—strawberry shortcake, lemon custard served in its own shell, and crepe cake layered with seasonal fruits.
