A Season to Rise
I don’t know about you, but I’m ready for the upcoming Autumnal Equinox. With fall comes a welcome slowdown — a season that allows space and goodness to rise, in bread and in life.
When I first switched to baking my own bread, I was in the midst of navigating life with autoimmune conditions and food sensitivities. That meant reading every store label and realizing how many hidden ingredients were tucked into my favorite loaves.
What began as a health choice to reduce inflammation soon became a rhythm of care for my family — and now, for our Golden Earth, Baked community. As the new season approaches, I hope this week’s offerings bring you warmth, comfort, and happy tummies — but most of all, good memories of home-baked goodness. Each loaf is delivered free from worry, ready to be enjoyed with warm milk, coffee, or tea.
